BORROWED MONEY is a new project featuring the combination of members of national/regional act RICOCHET and members of local/regional favorite WESTERN JUSTICE. While both Ricochet and Western Justice are certainly still viable acts throughout the region and beyond, BORROWED MONEY brings a new and fresh approach to ‘90’s country, as well as nods to their classic country and rock roots.

BORROWED MONEY features the lead vocals of both drummer Chris Hempfling (Ricochet) and guitarist Stacy Barnes (Western Justice), with occasional lead vocals from multi-instrumentalist (guitar, steel guitar and sax) Larry Hight (Ricochet) and bassist Bruce Bennett (both Ricochet and Western Justice).  Each musician has decades of experience at high levels, brought together by the recent resurgence of ‘90’s country, emphasizing musicianship and catchy vocal harmonies.
